Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using SupaBola (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms govern your use of our football prediction, social challenge, and $BOLA virtual-currency platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

What SupaBola Is — and Isn’t

SupaBola is a football prediction and social entertainment platform. We are not a bookmaker, casino, or gambling operator.

All predictions and analysis are for informational and entertainment purposes
Past performance does not guarantee future results
You are responsible for checking local laws before betting elsewhere
If gambling stops being fun, take a break — see Settings → Responsible Play

$BOLA Virtual Currency

$BOLA is a promotional virtual currency. It is not money, not a cryptocurrency, and not redeemable for cash, prizes, or anything of monetary value outside the Service.

$BOLA exists only within SupaBola and may be used solely to participate in predictions, challenges, and other in-platform features we make available.
$BOLA has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another user’s bank account, exchanged for real-world currency, withdrawn, or sold to third parties.
$BOLA purchased via Stripe is a one-time, non-refundable purchase of a virtual-good license, except where required by consumer-protection law.
We may, at our sole discretion, grant complimentary $BOLA (signup bonuses, referrals, achievements). Complimentary $BOLA carries the same restrictions and is forfeited on account closure.
Unused $BOLA balances remain in your account while the account is active. On account termination, any remaining $BOLA balance is forfeited and carries no liability for SupaBola.
$BOLA is not a security, a deposit, e-money, or a stored-value facility under the Payment Services Act 2019 (Singapore), and is not regulated as such.

Use of Service

Permitted Uses

Make predictions, accept challenges, and participate in the $BOLA economy
Use Coach Bola tools and analysis for personal entertainment
Share your own results and predictions with proper attribution

Prohibited Uses

Automated data scraping, harvesting, or commercial resale of our content
Reverse engineering our prediction models or proprietary algorithms
Creating derivative works without written permission
Using the Service to facilitate illegal gambling, money laundering, or fraud
Sharing account credentials, operating multiple accounts, or sybil farming the $BOLA economy
Buying or selling $BOLA outside the Service (any such trade is void and may result in account termination)

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Providing accurate and current information, including date of birth
Notifying us of any unauthorized use at [email protected]
Ensuring you meet the minimum age requirement (18+) and that participation is lawful in your jurisdiction

Payment and Billing

$BOLA top-ups

$BOLA is purchased as one-time payments via Stripe
All purchases are non-refundable except as required by consumer-protection law
Pricing may change with 30 days notice; existing balances are unaffected

Coach Bola Premium subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in Settings → Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds for unused subscription time are not generally available but may be granted at our discretion

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SupaBola — including Coach Bola predictions, the $BOLA economy mechanics, our branding, and the underlying models — are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Your Rights

A limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment
The right to share your own picks, results, and screenshots with attribution

Our Rights

All prediction algorithms, calibration models, and proprietary methods
Platform design, content, and functionality
The SupaBola, Coach Bola, and $BOLA marks

Limitation of Liability

Important Legal Notice

SupaBola provides predictions and analysis for entertainment and educational purposes only. We are not liable for any decisions or losses you incur on third-party betting platforms based on our content.

No Warranties

Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
No guarantee of prediction accuracy
No guarantee of uninterrupted service availability

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid SupaBola in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (ii) SGD 100.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Breach these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse the $BOLA economy through sybil accounts, collusion, or referral farming
Misrepresent your age or identity

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, any remaining $BOLA is forfeited, and we process data deletion per the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, except where consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in your local courts.
