You can pause challenges, pool joins, and top-ups at any time by starting a self-imposed cool-off. Cool-offs are available in 7-, 30-, or 90-day blocks. Once you start one, it cannot be canceled early.
During a cool-off you can still browse content, follow your friends, and read picks — only the actions that cost or risk $BOLA are paused.

You can set optional daily caps on how much $BOLA you spend and how many challenges you join. Leave the field blank for no limit. You can lower or raise your caps any time.
